Denspartic Topcoat

Polyaspartic based flooring paint.
Denspartic Topcoat is ideal to provide a light to medium duty, easy to clean, chemical resistant floor coating. A non slip finish can be produced by incorporation of aggregates between coats. Typical uses are process, manufacturing, packaging and warehousing areas subjected to heavy foot and pallet truck traffic.

Applications

Denspartic Topcoat offers light to medium wearability, impact and chemical resistance. Denspartic Topcoat is easy to clean and maintain in a hygienic condition. Typical areas of use are light trafficed surroundings subjected to heavy foot and pallet truck traffic. The very fast curing of Denspartic means, that an eventual production stop is minimized while installing the floor.

Application conditions

  • Temperature 5ºC to 30ºC, best 15 to 25ºC, max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.

Appearance

  • Denspartic Topcoat is a smooth floor with a silkmatt finish.

Temperature Resistance

  • Denspartic Topcoat is resistant to temperature cycles up to 80ºC. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.

Life Expectancy

  • 3 - 5 years.
