Denpox Industry

(4-6 mm)

A three pack, solvent free epoxy resin based flooring system. Denpox Industry is ideal for areas, with high hygienic demands. It is recommended for industrial environments, which are subject to heavy mechanical and chemical wear. The floor is very easy to clean and maintain and is therefore very suitable in food processing facilities.

Benefits

  • Very Good Chemical Resistance
  • Low Maintenance Cost
  • Non Slip Finish if required
  • High Abrasion Resistance
  • High Impact Resistance
  • Solvent Free; Low Odour
  • Attractive Appearance
  • Easy to Clean & Sterilize

Applications

To provide a medium to heavy duty, easy to clean, chemical resistant flooring. The non slip finish can be adjusted to clients need. Typical uses are process, manufacturing, packaging and warehousing areas subjected to heavy wear and pallet truck traffic.

Scope of use

  • Food industry
  • Breweries
  • slaughter houses
  • Chemical plant processing

Application conditions

  • Temperature 10ºC to 30ºC, best 15 to 25ºC, max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.

Appearance

  • Denpox Industry is a coloured floor which can be produced with a non slip finish as required.

Temperature Resistance

  • Denpur Industry is resistant to temperature cycles up to 70°C. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.

Life Expectancy

  • 10 - 20 years.

Colours

  • See separate color chart.
