Dencoat DPM

(0.5 - 1.0 mm)

Dencoat DPM is a solvent free, low viscocity, 3-component damp proofing membrane and water barrier. It is used on concrete walls and other cementisious substrates to stop penetrading moisture and humidity. Dencoat DPM is very easy to install, offers extremely good bonding properties and is recommended for use on any concrete substrate with up till 100% releative humidity.

Benefits

  • Very Good Chemical Resistance
  • Low Maintenance Cost
  • Damp Proof Membrane Layer
  • No VOC & Solvent Free
  • Low Installation Cost
  • Adhesion to all horizontal and vertical surfaces
  • Resistant to backwater moisture penetration
  • Green technology based on renewable raw materials
  • Low cost water proofing membrane
  • Extreme bonding properties
  • Resist 7 bar water pressure

Applications

Dencoat DPM is a water and moisture barrier used on wet and humid walls, effectively preventing moisture from penetrading. Due to its excellent bonding properties, Dencoat DPM will resist more than 7 bar of waterpressure, ensuring dry walls and a comfortable indoor climate. Dencoat DPM can easely be recoating with standard wall paint, plaster and tiles.

Scope of use

  • Concrete walls
  • Cementisious substrate

Application conditions

  • Temperature 10ºC to 30ºC, best 15 to 25ºC, max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.

Appearance

  • Dencoat DPM is a greyish waterproofing membrane

Temperature Resistance

  • Dencoat DPM is resistant to temperature cycles up to 90ºC dry heat and 80ºC. wet heat. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.

Life Expectancy

  • more than 30 years

Colours

  • See separate color chart.
