We love Dacia cars!

In 1999 the French Renault Group acquired the famous automaker Dacia from Romania and since then Mr. Valentin Plamadeala, the managing Director of Technochim Romania, has been a frequent visitor to the gigantic manufacturing site130 km north east of Bucharest where Dacia produces more than 1.000.000 cars every year.
"I am not quite sure how many square meters of Denpox floors we have installed until now, but I believe it must be around 20.000 square meters" Valentin explains. "Currently we are installing approximately 1.000 square meters of 3 mm Denpox Topfloor in a production zone for a new EV to be launched in 2026" 
The huge succes for the popular cars coming from Dacia, requires constant expansion and refurbishment, and very limited downtime as well.
"Most of our flooring installations for Dacia is planned over the weekends, in order not to distrub the production flow. We have found, that the Denpox CBR from Dencoat is the perfect product to use in these circumstances, as the levelling and flow of the product is fantastic and the curing time is very fast, so we can return the area for production after only 2 days of work." 

The agreement with Dacia came in place through Garrett Motion, the American based supplier of turbochargers to Dacia. Technochim was already working with Garret Motion in Bucharest when Dacia noticed the high quality of the work performed by Technochim. Dacia invited Technochim to refurbish their factory, naturally underlining they wanted the same product from Dencoat. "We have probably made the same area for Honeywell Garrett as we have for Dacia over the years", Valentin says. "We always use products from Dencoat, they deliver fast and the quality is superior to other suppliers. We have never had any issues or complains, and this is why our customers keep coming back."
