5.000 square meters of Dencryl Industry - in the heat of the night!
It had to be quick to lay - as fast as over night. It should be durable. And it should be easy to clean and maintain. There are not many floors that can meet these requirements at the same time, so the choice was not too difficult for the architects who were in the process of renovating Gate Gourmet's huge catering kitchen in Hong Kong Airport. Dencryl Industry® from Dencoat with its many qualities were the obvious solution.
Ready in no time - to last a life time!
The commercial kitchen of approx.11.000 square meters, of which approx. 5.000 square meters had to be renovated, was open during the entire project, and the floors had to be renewed without interfering with daily life work in the kitchen. A great challenge, but also one of the major benefits of using Dencryl in renovation projects where the work flow must continue, is the very rapid curing time of only 2 hours. The area was divided in day sections and the installers started in the morning, and completed the full section in one day, sometimes also working through the night so the new floor was ready for use the next morning.
Dencryl Industry® is a very durable floor with excellent anti-slip resistance - an absolutely necessity in a kitchen with constant water on the floor and where spillage of grease and oil is a daily event. Did we mention it is also supereasy to clean?
