15.000m2 of Herbal joy at Dabur, India

Dabur, with headquarters in Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh, is one of the oldest and most trusted names in Ayurveda, with a legacy spanning over 135 years. Known for iconic products like Dabur Chyawanprash and Dabur Honey, the company has successfully blended traditional Ayurvedic formulations with modern consumer needs. Logically a company of this magnitude requires space - plenty of space, and when 15.000m2 of the site in Pithampur in central India came up for renovation in 2023, Dabur contacted Dencoat India for advise on what flooring systems should be installed in the production zones. After a thoroughly survey was conducted, it was decided to install approximately 12.000m2 of 4 mm Dencrete MD system in the most trafficked areas, and 1.000m2 of 2 mm Dencrete TC in less trafficked areas. Also included in the workscope was more than 2.000 running meters of vertical covings to secure a watertight connection between the floor and the wall. The work was contracted early 2024, and was handed over to Dabur in December 2024. Now the factory looks stunning in our Dencoat Signature Yellow color.
